Wordpress failing to load

When I go to my site nothing loads but this " Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_get_current_user() in /home/seipher0/public_html/cheapgamesempire.com/wp-includes/capabilities.php on line 1039"

any ideas on that? All I did was update my amazon associates plugin

    Go to FTP and after saving/downloading them - delete all the plugins.

    Deleting them will deactivate all of them.

    After that install and activate them one by one until you figure out which one is the culprit.
