How do I adjust the number of MySQL databases from the WHM panel. This is a new site.

    I assume that you are trying to decrease the number of MySQL databases assigned to an account, as by default the number is unlimited (with the exception of the default package, which you would never use for a production website anyway).

    Not really sure why you would want to do this, but here is how it is done:

    Click the Edit a Package link on the WHM sidebar. Find the package associated with the account you wish to downgrade and select it. Scroll down to the Resources box and change the Max Databases from "unlimited" to the number of MySQL databases you want to restrict the account to having.

    Keep in mind that you will be downgrading EVERY account that you have used this package on. If you want to restrict a single account setup a new package with the desired limitations and assign it to the account.
