I saw the message below in my WP blog dashboard, please how can I resolve it?

Your backup folder MIGHT be visible to the public
To correct this issue, move the .htaccess file from wp-content/plugins/wp-dbmanager to /home/tftniger/public_html/fishspice.com/wp-content/backup-db

You need to go to your file manager and move the ".htaccess" file from
    "/home/tftniger/public_html/fishspice.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-dbmanager"
    folder to the
    "/home/tftniger/public_html/fishspice.com/wp-content/backup-db"
    folder

If you have a cPanel and you are using the file manager tool in it,
you will need to enable "Show Hidden Files (dotfiles)"

Just so you know, it won't actually be called .htaccess in that plugin's folder. It will be named htacess.txt. You need to move that into the destination folder and rename it after to .htaccess.
