My clients get "invalid input" at checkout
Maybe someone here can help--my clients get to the order buttons on my site but get "invalid input". I don't have the problem testing them from my computer but I do get the same error message on two other computers and at least 4 clients have been patient enough to call my 800 number to order, saying they had the error. Now I am extremely stressed! I have two other sites with the same hosting company, same shopping cart, and no problems there.
The host says my computer (and every customer who comes to my site!!) will have to clear cookies to place an order. If that were so, my other computers, having cookies cleared, cache dumped, rebooting should work--they don't. And if cookies were the problem, I shouldn't be able to use the order buttons on the other sites as well, right?
Anyone know what I can tell the host's programmers? They don't seem to know what it is, in my opinion.
