Having problems creating a website..

Hello there,
I need the profesionals deisgn website here.
I wanted to create a simple website like Suthan M !.Actually i already have my own but still under construction,muniRazak !.

So i need a helps how to make an another pages likes after i click "next pages/previous pages" like shown picture:-


after click the "next pages" and the url should be like :-

..

So the main problems is i dont know how to create many pages for me to post anything at my website and i dont know how to make the url goes without .html/.php at the back url.

Notice that i know how to create another links like about,home etc.
but still im a super newbie and
please ! i need a helps.

    or i still doing editing website with dreamweaver?
