Need opinions on this website

The first thing I would implement is a set width. Having content shrink and expand based on browser width is kind of old school. I still see it from time to time with Software as a Service platforms, but that's software, not a website that is selling something.

The standard width is 960px. After you fix that, I'd simplify the pages (grey tabs) at the top of your site. Think about what action you want your visitor to take.

From a conversion standpoint, if you're wanting the visitor to take action A, but you give them the options of B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N, O, P...the options can be a little overwhelming and you've significantly decreased the likeliness of the visitor clicking the page you'd prefer they click.

I'm a big fan of content so I'm not saying to get rid of any of it. Perhaps add some to the secondary navigation on your blue bar or consider programming a drop down menu on your primary navigation.

Drop down menus are a great feature for cleaning up the navigation with out sacrificing accessibility to the content.

Please do something for the tabs. It is messy and misleading too. Well said!!!

Frankly speaking i am not happy with the total outlook. I dont know why.. but you should work more with the site..

my thoughts are the same as the other guys your content is great though i'm not sure where you are taking me with this ? is it free info for me or are you selling me a service?

yes the elastic layout is kinda dated ...trust me on a larger or wide screen monitor this could get messy!
i really like the fact you have a kind of jquery at the top i would imagine you are going to put other targeted images in advertising your site or your services or your goal
if this is a wordpress blog id install a better template maybe?
jarrod is right to putting in a drop down or ajax menu would be great it just needs a more updated look

What do you want users to do on the site? I don't see any call to action anywhere on this website. First, find out what you want them to do: call, email, buy, etc: Then, design around that.

Whats up with the plant pictures on the banner, has nothing to do with the site
theme.

Anyway,The site is alright.
A few touches would do a lot. I'd make the background black so it draws more attention to your content.

And Maybe more Pics? Overall it's not too bad. As mentioned above, set a path which you lead your audience.
