WP Privacy Policy pages

i want to create a privacy policy page but dont want it to appear in the top menu as a link along with my other pages. im using the clean light blue template. how do i do this?

    This works for me. Use the "exclude pages" plugin found here:

    WordPress › Exclude Pages « WordPress Plugins

    There is a check box on the right side of your page in the dashboard that says "include this page in navigation". It's checked by default. Any page you don't want in the top menu, leave it unchecked.

    ok thanks, that worked a treat. i have another question. now, how do i include an external ink into the default topmenu without creating a page. so, all links will be to pages, except the one on the end which will be an external link. any ideas?

    You can use the custom menu feature in WP which will display only what you want, and in the the order you want them. It advisable to at least have this in the footer links as Google likes to see "about me" "contact us" and "privacy" pages.
