I hope you still plan on doing a lil more re-structuring.Try to look at the colour combo and the portals should be tweaked to make the site more compact and not taking more than necessary place.

You could do some more re-structuring, a little updating here and there, but I really can't criticize it. I honestly think it's one of the best designed sites I've seen so far. Honestly, good job!
