Help Feedback 15 day DNS error will google re-rank
Hi there
Yesterday we discovered one of our sites has had a DNS error for 16 days, the site had a number 7 spot for its target keyword and although the pages seem to still be indexed is not ranked and has received no traffic for the 16 days. The person who mintors our site was on vacation and we were not informed, these things happen and all we are interested in is resuming our ranking.
We have re-submitted the sitemap in webmaster tools and are praying for a retuirn to the serps.. also of course fixed the DNS error..
I wonderd if anyone else had experienced such a disaster and was your site restored to its previous rankings, we are dreading having to start all over as this site has been runnign for 4 years or more.
