Is there WP Plugin that auto links content like in FaceBook?

Does anyone know if there is a wordpress plugin that auto embeds linked content like in facebook where it brings in description or first paragraph or so of the article along with an image if there is one on the page?

Would be nice to have one if there is. Haven't started looking for this yet, thought would ask here to see first.

    I have not heard or seen anything like this (for wp at least)

    I did a search on that and did not find anything

    I would be interested to know if something like that exists.
