Must-Have WP PlugIns to start with - Fall 2011

Hi,
i am starting couple of new projects based on Wordpress and I was trying to put together a list of mandatory plugins which I would install before adding any content or themes.
I was wondering what is your choice of weapon in this regard, maybe we can learn something useful from each other?

Here are the plugins I use currently when starting a new project:

Akismet
All in One SEO Pack
Google XML Sitemaps
Secure WordPress Plugin
WP No Category Base
WP No Tags Base
WP Touch (need to give a closer look at PRO version...)
AddToAny: Share/Bookmark/Email Buttons

Let me know if any of the above could be replaced by anything more efficient and what other plugins you guys start with.

I would add:

WordPress › Contact Form 7 « WordPress Plugins

WordPress › WordPress SEO by Yoast « WordPress Plugins
instead of the SEO all in One Pack

WordPress › Subscribe to Comments « WordPress Plugins

WordPress › WP-PageNavi « WordPress Plugins

I would add W3 Total Cache to make my site load faster and WP-DBManager to send emails to all the email addresses in WP database daily.
