Re; Assigning a user to Google Analytics

I have created a google analytics account for a website I have been working on, I can see the stats and I have set the owner up as a user but they still can't see the analytics when they log on even though I think I have done everything google has asked me to do, they are an adminstrator as well but still no luck???
