I want discount banners for my website that blink, shine and grab attention. I'm newbie and dont know any flash or any other graphics.
Is there any possibility that I can get such banners for free. I mean templates or so?

    banners-online

    Search it in google, if you can't found what you want, the next step could be Flash or something easier as "gif animator".

    I just typed in 'free flash banners' in Google and this site came up: BannerSnack | Banner maker

    After doing some research, it looks pretty cool and some of the results look really great. let me know your findings and show me your banner after your done. I'm curious how good a newbie can make a banner with their product
