      man: It sounds like you need to find a web host that has a free site builder included with hosting. If not Google "free web templates"

      next you're going to have to learn how to edit a free template so you need to know a bit about HTML
      best place to do that:
      W3Schools Online Web Tutorials

    If you want something free, it might be easier for you to just go to a site you like and save the page. And start playing around with changing things around for what you need.

    Try the Open web Design at Open Web Design - Download Free Web Design Templates - it's a library of Open Source templates that you can modify to suit your needs, providing that you give credit to the original designer.

    Another consideration may be using WordPress and a free Theme to create your site.
