Hi fellow Warrior,
I am so sick and tired of all my WYSIWYG editors,
that I am now ready to pay a lot of money for a
GREAT WYSIWYG editor. I find my self spending
hours and hours trying to make my landingpages,
optin pages and what have you look exactly the
way I want them to look - It amazes me that some
editors simply just cut out for instance a javascript
or other important code !!!!

So now I am ready to spend good money on
the "Second to none WYSIWYG editor", and
here I need your help:

What do you recommend as a high quality
WYSIWYG editor without a lot of software
bugs?

I look forward to hear from you

Definitely get Adobe Dreamweaver (formerly Macromedia).

This piece of software has everything you need. The learning curve may be a bit high, but it will have all the features you need when you get to the point where you do need them.

I have been using it for years and is the only one I use.

Hope this helps in your decision.

    I use Dreamweaver...Love It!

I personally don't like FrontPage or any of those "Build Your Website" programs...

    Go with Dreamweaver...

As everyone said, Dreamweaver is most likely the best option that I know of.

I really love web expressions 2 (microsoft) used to be front page. I used dream weaver for a while and it was more complicated. I design websites for clients and myself. Can anyone tell me why so many professionals used dream weaver? Does it have something that my WE2 doesn't? Not trying to start a fight - just want to make sure I'm not missing something.

If you like the Microsoft feel of things, Expressions Web is fantastic. Dreamweaver is probably more comprehensive.

I have used both and am agnostic. Both are very fine products. I would lean toward Dreamweaver because its ecosystem is bigger.

I know how you feel. I've used NVU and other editors but once I started using Dreamweaver everything fell into place.

You can get a 30 day, fully functioning trial at Adobe.

I'm a fan of NetObjects Fusion I've used it from version 4 and have upgraded over the years to now I think I have ver. 10 I got my CIW (Certified Internet Webmaster) 12 years ago and have tried a variety of programs including Dreamweaver (which I like) and Frontpage (which I don't) but for all it does as fast and easy to use at it is, I stick with NetObjects Fusion. It does everything the Macromedia/Adobe products will but is easier to learn and as powerful. Check it out and I think you'll agree.

    Hi Lindgren;

I can only say one editor,"Dreamweaver". It is worth every penny and if your get one of the Adobe packages that include other Adobe products, you will even be happier. I am actually going through an online distance education program that deals with these products and what they can do has just astounded me. I was using the free ones on the internet and they were ok to a point, but once you need certain things, they can't keep up. Go Adobe products and you will not be disappointed.

Definitely agree. Dreamweaver is the industry standard amongst designers. Its got great layout and comes in a neat package.
The learning curve may be a bit steep at first, but once you get use to the functionality and where everything is, should be cool..
