Wordpress Widget Update - Need Help!

Since WP has updated their widget section and got rid of the drag and drop all my widgets have completely screwed up and deleted themselves. And when I try to install them I get this message

No Sidebars Defined

The theme you are currently using isn't widget-aware, meaning that it has no sidebars that you are able to change. For information on making your theme widget-aware, please follow these instructions.

How could this be even though I have have not changed anything else I am using the iThemes builder theme.

    I didn't know WP got rid of the drag and drop... Good to know, otherwise I'd be still using it (like 2 minutes ago to check the correctness of your statement)

    The usual: deactivate all plugins, switch to 2011 (the latest default theme). Do the widgets work?

    Yeah I did the obvious. That all works. So it's not a plugin issue I think it may be a WP and iTheme Builder Clash. I really don't know why they went to this design the old system for adding widgets was ten times better.

    Just trying to understand your logic: the widgets in WP work with every other theme except yours... yet you blame not the theme but WP. Hmm.

    No you misunderstood me I think iTheme has not updated their themes to incorporate the new widget layout. But the solution is probably staring me right in the face!

        That's the first thing I did just waiting on their response.

        The reason why I posted here was because I was hoping that this was a common issue that had already been addressed.
