  • I think it looks really good, but if someone is still using dial up, it will take forever to load...

Overall it's OK. I like the scrolling careers but I had to look hard to find the "online training". Here are my questions: What will I get at the end of my training? A diploma? Help with finding a job? What is included in the $19.95 a month? Who are the experts? Is knowledge city affiliated with a an accredited university? How long does the training take? Maybe there are links that answer these questions but I didn't stay long enough to find them. Also, where is the relativity to education and the boat sailing on the water in front of the skyline? I'd make the header static and have a byline so the visitor knows instantly what knowledgecity is and what it could do for them. Maybe a picture of a graduate, books, etc. Just my 2 cents and I'm not an expert, just a critic.

I only have 1 thing to say the Dark red text i would lighten a bit as it blends into the dark background too much. Other than that nice site

Way too dark. Some of the text cannot be read because it's dark on dark.

I think it needs different levels of hiearchy. What do you want someone to see 1st, 2nd, 3rd. Right now, I look at it and am not sure where to go first.

Very nice design you have there. I didn't only understand why you've made "registered" link to be _blank. But if it's not that missunderstanding everything is okay, maybe it must be little more lighter.

Nice looking site, very slick. I have to agree with Affiliate Inventor, though. Anyone on a slow internet connection is going to click away before the site loads. Have you thought about doing a non-flash or text only version for people who only have a dial-up?

I think the dark colours work well, BTW.

The site looks nice but because it's flash you are hurting your chances of getting seen by the search engines. If anything I would start a separate blog and use that as your online marketing approach to drive traffic to this site.

      Very nice. Stylish.

My only (constructive) criticism would be that it took a while before i saw 'Professional Online Training' so it wasn't immediately obvious what the site was promoting.

The video testimonials do a lot to tell potential customers what benefits past customers have gained. Well done for adding those.

      Regards

even though this post is a week old, i can't resist a site eval!
    Initial thoughts
the text towards the bottom is difficult to read (the red on blue with drop shadow)

I personally don't like the scrolling of all the topic boxes, and I wouldn't sit thru it all to see if what i want to know about is available, I'd leave and find something faster. But if i could see in a glance what was there for me, I'd stay.
I also looked for information on exactly what the site does, like an overview or something, but couldn't find it.
Love the header, with the little boat and the planes
back to the topic boxes, I would drop the beveling of the box, the rest of the layout is simply color and looks nice, bevels (I think) make a site look old
great concept actually, I bookmarked to check out in my extra time
