Hello I am just about making a website and would like someone to edit like setting stuff on it like headers, making the buttons flashing and other stuff, Also I would like to ask something, If there is an image or header on another website and would like to put in mine site or stuff like that by changing the letters or that is that copyright?

the images is from a wso I bought

And how to let someone edit your website without your website being hacked or scammed?

Also someone knows any site that provides services as editing websites, people of trust

If you download the image and upload to your server yes it 's copyright infrigement, but you can inspire on it, not copy it.
