[HELP] Issues with Sitemap.xml

I am using WP sitemap plugin to generate sitemap.xml for my site. After it finished generating, i realized that there are some old pages/links that no longer exist on my site (I already trashed those pages on admin panel), but it seems that it is still 'crawlable'.

What should I do to completely and entirely remove those unwanted pages? (I cant even see them on my WP admin anymore)

    Do you still have links to the non-existent pages off of your main page? The plugin may be seeing links and adding those to the sitemap because of that. I prefer the XML Sitemap plugin myself.

    Try deactivating your site map plugin and try the Yoast SEO plugin - then see if those pages are still there.
