Just wanted to see what you guys thought about the top CMS systems for Real Estate.

Joomla, Drupal, and Wordpress

I believe Joomla and Drupal are the best options for complex and larger projects. Wordpress is great for blogging and small to medium sized projects.

I just taught at WordCamp. One of the other teachers specialized in Real Estate Agency sites in an extremely competitive market. He swears by wordpress, using Ithemes "Agency" template, and Yoast.

I would see what the size of the project will be, imho, before deciding.

I'll go on record by saying that it is a myth that WordPress is best for blogs and smaller projects. That was true a few years back, but now WordPress can do what those other guys can do.

I've used Drupal and it has a steeper learning curve than WordPress, and these days I can't find anything that I can do in Joomla but not in WordPress.

Yes, I'm a huge WordPress evangelist, but I'm a web developer and I've tried a lot of platforms and I think for ease of use and power WordPress is the best way to go for most projects.

Does that apply to the mobile versions too?
