Wordpress-How do I move text (form) in the sidebar?

Hopefully someone can help me with this. I guess its too simple for the people on the WP forum to answer. My problem is I have a text (form) on my right sidebar that is way down below the rest of the items on the sidebar and isn't seen unless someone scrolls down to it. I would like to find out how I can move it up. I imagine its a simple procedure when you know how. The blog is healthy-and-wealthy-now.com/realestate and the URL is below in the sig.
I would be most appreciative of an answer.
Thanks,
donrock

Just go to your Design>Widgets on your WP admin page

    Add Text to your sidebar

Paste the code for your form in the text widget

Arrange your text widget to be in the location you wish by re-ordering your widgets

Click save and there you go.

If you have any further questions please PM me.

hi donrock, you have a default theme - not the easiest to work with. there are much better and easier themes out there!

hi again donrock, i had to go look up in my wp-admin area to see what the name of my favorite them is...try the UBD Moneymaker Theme.(UBDMoneymakerTheme is at uniqueblogdesigns.com). The moneymaker theme is free and really easy to manage. I hope that helps!

Kelvin is probably right. If that doesn't work, try a different theme. If that doesn't work, try switching to default theme then back to your desired theme. This kind of "theme reboot" fixes more Wordpress problems then it should

Also forgot to mention (as I did in another thread) ...

If you get stuck you can try the official IRC Wordpress chat channel on freenode and ask there. There is also an email list you can request help on called wp-pro.

Google up either of them for more information.

Themes are another thing that I have problems with. Can I change the default theme I'm using now for another theme and not have to do a lot of extra things to keep all the content I have on my blog?

        Hi Don,

You should have no problem changing from one theme to another without losing data... it is all stored in a database.

Thanks Kelvin and the others who posted. I'm so dumb I didn't realize I could move things around by clicking and dragging the widgets. I didn't really understand what Kelvin meant by re-ordering but now after remembering doing that some time ago it makes perfect sense. Thanks again Kelvin you saved me.
