I am looking for the best fee hosting website online where i can get some space and can simulate it like other website. I want know learn some tips in website hosting.

Honestly, if you are serious about your website you don't want to even look for anything free for web hosting.

Web hosting has gotten really inexpensive over the years and for less than $100 for a year you can have a website hosted.

I've used atspace and 50webs for free hosting and they bother worked fine. hostgator is cheap though so if u want paid its the best cheap one.

I would also vote for 000webhost, but sadly every of free web hosts some day will be not enough for you.
In the future you may need more space, traffic, databases.
The bad thing is that moving website to new host is always taking time.
I would rather consider to invest small amount of money and figure our something with quality service and great support.

I would stay far away from any free hosting services if you have any site worth anything. Free hosts will almost always disable you and force you to upgrade once you use enough resources. Offering something for "free" is a great way to upsell.

There are many website are provide free web hosting services, very small business are used this type of services. Because they are not capable for more amount so they used free version software and web hosting services.

If you are planing anything serious with your website do not look for 'free hosting sites'. You can learn how to create website very easy & cheap and to KEEP IT and HAVE IT, that is my honest advice. But if you want to practice than go for it...

Free hosts suck - they have terrible uptime, are slow, and their IPs are hosting tons of sh*t making them a great honeypot for any diligent search engine.

In addition to 000webhost, you can also try Byethost. I've used them in the past and they also offer ad-free hosting and a lot of disk space and bandwidth. Although as others has said, it's best to go with a paid service and so use it at your own risk.

if you are serious about your website don't go with free hosting. you can get good quality hosting for only $5 a month. this way you wont have any restrictions or advertising etc...
