WEB DESIGN

Is anyone able to tell me how to do this? I have looked at a video with Ben Strickland using css substitution. I have the code but I am unsure exactly where to place it on my wp blog.:confused:
Would appreciate any advice.

Header Links and Internal Linking are the preferable linking that Google Prefer all the time.

  hey what about footer. they said using the last part of your blog or website can be great too. Including your RSS feeds and sitemap. I tried this one and still waiting for the result. Hope it can help.
