nice, you should resize background because is not on entire website on some resolutions.

looks good, but I would have the image go all the way across the page and not leave the area on the right, white...my two cents

Nice idea but not really standard anymore. Sure you have to get the site working with different resolutions and different browsers, but even then I would say it is just average. Real estate websites are supposed to be a bit cleaner, and more professional. This seems more like a spring break or more relaxed type of website. I think your slideshow on one page is a bit tacky. I don't like that two of your menu items are pdf's. That is no good. I think you can make major improvements.

I'd give you an A for effort, but the final grade would be a D+ I think.

The text is slightly off page in Google Chrome. Check with different browser versions.

Why do I have to right-scroll to see any of the content? Center-aligned is the norm nowadays.

Why does some chick cover half of the page? Is that really necessary?

Buttons kind of blend in with the background. At least make the text color white.

Not enough focus is put on the actual properties, which is what everyone coming to your website is going to be looking for.

I would honestly choose a new design and build it with your visitors in mind. Good effort, but just not very functional.

  • Though a nice looking site - and a beautiful girl for sure...

I think the full close up girl dominates the screen too much - could be 3/4 that size or 1/2...if neccessary at all - you could use a shot featuring the building and the girl/view?

    Girl smaller...buildings larger

After all, are we moving into a building...or a girl? (or are we moving into the building to get the girl? )

It does set a mood on the screen of "relaxed elegance" - and that may totally be where you are going with it - I can understand that - it works -

"Penthouse Layout" button is a typo... "Pentahouse Layout" -

Other than that - looks very inviting...

Using Opera and 1680x1050 resolution - website looks OK, beside that the background is moved left and doesn't cover all the text.
