    That is a really ugly site. What kind of budget range are you in for this, you may get more responses? Although, you only want the home page redesigned and not the rest of the site? Sounds interesting. If you can't find anyone, get in touch with me. I don't particularly want to take on another project right now, we have enough in queue right now but maybe in a couple weeks or so if you're still looking.
