My new WP site display ok in Chrome/Firefox BUT not IE

Hi All

Appreciate some help with this

I created a new WP site today - basically a modified 2011 theme. I use jshortcodes to make a few fancy looking text boxes etc and a few other plugins. The site display fine in chrome and firefox but in Internet explorer some of the nice rounded edge text boxes appear square . I was using a header slider plugin - again worked fine with chrome and but firefox wouldnt work at all in internet explorer

Any ideas appreciated
