Is there any decent wordpress installation software?

I have problem with installing theme and plugins to my sites. They took me so much time. I need a software that I could install theme and all plugins I want faster. I'm not living in US. So, the connection speed isn't very fast. It could take me about 30 minutes to install them and all plugin.
Please guide.

      Thanks but I mean not just install wordpress, I want a 1 click install theme and plugin. Install wordpress take a minutes but install plugin take half an hour.

        Oh I see. You can create a macro for it, and teach that macro to do all the steps, including the plugins installation. There was some information and tutorials in the forum, do a search for it - but I am sure there is also scripts/software available too.

    You can use imacros for firefox to fulfil your tasks, works great for such automation!

    You could sign up for a service such as WordPress Multiple Blogs Manager – ManageWP.com. They allow you to clone a complete WP install along with all plugins and settings in minutes and because it would not rely on your internet connection speed you would be able to achieve this task without any problem. I use it all the time and it works great.
