Hi
Can anyone recommend a tool or good tutorial for creating good customized Fan pages?
I have seen a few around i.e. 5 minute fan page, but they require a monthly subscription and you do not own the page, so if you stop your subscription then you lose your page.
BTW I am fairly inexperienced at any coding, so failing any simple tools or tutorials, does anyone know any good outsourcers for creating customized fan pages.

Hi Joner,

Try wp4fb.com or do a search on using Wordpress to create fan pages. This is probably the easiest way, especially considering that you don't have coding experience.

I am also using lujure.com to create fan page. Its not bad at all. Although there are too many tools.

From my understanding 5 minute fan page is based on lujure, so I presumed lujure would also be a monthly subscription, is this not the case?

  Actually 5MFP used to use Lujure but now they use Pagemodo which is not as flexible. I have a developers license for Lujure so all my fan pages are created with it but my designs are 100% custom.

You might try checking out Pat Flynn's site How To Videos | The Smart Passive Income Blog he has some good videos on how you can create your own..

In my experience learning how to do this yourself rather than putting yourself at the mercy of other services and companies is a huge benefit and allows you much more freedom with your design.

I used Iwipa....and I am super happy...
They have tutorials as well. All their tutorials are free and pages created with their platform are beautiful (in my opinion, the best i have seen online so far) ...
Take a look at my page and see for your self...
