Need Expert Web Designer's Advice (ecommerce)

Hi Warriors,

I am a web designer and have done WSOs in the past, etc to help you guys and now I am the one who needs help!!

I am very confident with my web design skills, graphic design, etc (NON e-commerce). HOWEVER, I am new to e-commerce websites and I have a client who needs one done.

Here's the deal. I was going to use x-cart, but it is very expensive with plugins, packages, templates, etc.

These are my requirements:
-Needs to be user friendly for my client (back-end)
-Needs to create FEDEX shipping labels ready for printing
-Needs to have decent templates available, ready to be customized by me at a fair price
-Needs to have a wordpress blog integrated

Can anyone recommend how I should tackle this? So far these were my ideas:

Create a wordpress website, which would solve everything except the ecommerce/fedex part. Is there one I can plugin?

Create an x-cart site, but I would have to design a template from the ground up because they are way to expensive.

What should I do? Thanks guys!!
