    There is nothing wrong with being new and asking for help/advice.

    There is everything wrong with being new and pretending to ask for help/advice just to pimp your own signature link!

    Please keep in mind the difference between the two: it could mean the difference between your post (thread) staying alive or getting deleted.

    (Hint: there is nothing to review as "web design" when somebody is using a ready-made script with a canned template...)

    Your top header looks pretty barren and empty. You need to fix it up and put something there, the Site name doesn't look to professional either.
