Hi, we recently launched our VarsityDays website and would welcome some honest feedback on everything from concept, to design, to functionality, etc.

    Hi,

    I just registered to try out your site. One quick suggestion with the email you send out it would help to include the email and password that was used at registration - I thought I used the wrong password when I tried to login (details below) and having the details in the email would have helped.

    Also when I first tried to login I got the follow url

    www dot varsitydays dot com/profile/cancel

    and the following was displayed on the page:-

    $("popup_div").popup.hide();

    It was fine the second time I tried to login.

      Thank you so much for your prompt response. The addition of the username and password on the email is definitely an improvement we will put into the queu.

      As for the weird outcome upon login, we'll look into it and find out what's happening and how often.

      I truly appreciate you bringing these to our attention.

        Even on my fast connection, the main image is just way too big. Its over 300K. Have you tried different JPG quality settings or maybe tried GIF or PNG? If the people browsing are on dialup with images enabled, they will click away from your site really quickly. Also, why are you forcing users to enter email? I cannot even tell what your website is about and now the site wants my email and a second box which could accept anything as input. Is the second box for email confirmation or for a password to create an account or what?

          Yeah I would definitly add somemore info to the homepage. I think i know what the site is about and I think it is a good idea, but a simple catchy blurb on what it is and why someone should sign up will be super helpful.
