    Hi Spark,

I wasn't sure if I understood your question correctly, are you asking about how one goes about setting the prices for their services? If so the first thing I would do is check out the competition and see what services they are providing compared to yours and what prices they are charging.

From there you can adjust your services accordingly and provide better value for a higher price (this is the route I would go with) or you could undercut your competition.

    Hope this helps

You have to determine how long each process will take you and set your hourly price and work from there..

I'm not saying work for an hourly rate, but it will give you a "yardstick" to work from.

So if something is going to take 10 hours to compete and you want to earn at least $20 / hour, then don't charge less than $200.

Its even better if you can get outsource the work to some other person for say $5-$10/hour and still charge the difference..

        Spark,
Since you'll be working with offline customers I'd recommend visiting the Local Biz Builders forum. It focuses on all topics for the Offline world and there are hundreds of people there that can help.

    Hello Spark,
One of the best write ups I've seen to answer this common question is from a web design company called Newfangled.

Oh really? I must be blind because it looks to me like they design sites for 20-35k and SEO is mentioned everywhere.

Webinar: Wednesday, February 18th at noon (EST)

During this one hour webinar, we will cover SEO basics with a focus on on-page SEO, as opposed to campaigns. Topics will include understanding the way Google looks at your website, the optimization of content and the optimization of key page elements.
I'm not affiliated with these people, but remember, they are a web design firm that is focused on putting together websites just for ad agencies. I think what you mentioned about the price is nearly correct, but the other stuff about not doing SEO or lead capture is incorrect.
