You got it....I'm looking to pay someone to re-do my site (I'll provide copy- you handle design and development).

Here it is in it's current form: Piece of Cake PR - Press Release Writing and Distribution Service - and I'd like something a bit more visual and engaging.

I am in two frames of mind. My first is to keep the general template (header, etc) as that matches the majority of my offline branding also.

Or, should I dive in and go for something totally new?

Also, should I stick with WordPress or move to another platform?

Either way, I want to hear from you and hear how you can help me.

Just a few ground rules before we get going:

. I'm an honest guy and a fair businessman - so I expect the same from you! Feel free to yank your price to the high heavens while thinking "I'll get this sucker for all he's worth", but expect this to be the only project we work on. Alternatively, be fair and expect a hell of a lot more work in the future (I have 12 mini sites for a mustard brand that need designing in 2012!)

. I will require references, and will be calling/emailing them for feedback.

. I'd like you to be based in North America. This is only due to communication - I like to keep in touch via Skype and it would be good if you were working at roughly the same time I am. Rather than you always being in bed when I am awake!

. Please, only apply if web design is your actual registered business. I'm not after someone who 'knows WordPress' or 'Is good at building websites'. I want a real professional who operates their web design venture as a true business that has valid records.

. I'm not looking to micro-manage the project on an hourly basis. I've had enough of that in the past..... Of course I am willing to offer guidance and feedback - but am too busy to be constantly prompting and pushing you along.

Okay...now that's out of the way....let's have some fun!

Think you can help? Please add me to Skype so we can throw some IM's around. My username: [...]

No PM's please as the WF PM system is one of the most frustrating inventions man ever attempted!

Thanks,
Jim.
