Friends website has serious problem: Apache Server at trackingoffer.info Port 80 and not loading

My friends website is being redirected for no reason what so ever, he has not given permission for any such thing so is very confused, when loading the website it just gets this error:

Not Found

The requested URL /abp was not found on this server.

Apache Server at trackingoffer.info Port 80
Does anyone have any ideas on how he can fix this, he has since contacted his hosting, however they are useless and take days to even respond.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated indeed.

Cheers

Was the site already up and working ok?
    Where is it hosted at?
What CMS is he using? (wordpress, joomla, ect)

Sounds like a problem with configuration but I need more info to help you out...

Hi thanks for responding I actually told him to change the theme, he changed it and it now and the website now works?

He is some what annoyed because he loved them theme, however when he re installed it he got the same error, any ideas on why this might be the case etc....

      PS

I'm getting offline now, will check back on here tomorrow.

      Thanks for the help

If he changed the theme and it worked again then he's most likely got a bad file somewhere in the other theme. I would search around for the same theme but downloaded from a different provider (if its a free theme)

Also, its a long shot but while he has the good theme in and working tell him to deactivate all his plugins then reinstall the theme he likes, possibly one of the plugins could be messing things up with that particular theme. Like I said tho, A long shot but worth a try if he likes it as that will only take a few minutes to do.
