Default Lead Capture Form

I'm new to the WF. I have my own website and I want to expand it a bit. Does anyone on here know how to make a lead capture form (Name, Phone, Email)?

Hi,
You will need Autor Responder. I highly recommend get response, it is free until you have 100 subscribers. That is great when you are just beginning. And their forms are very professional and they have good tutorials on anything you might need to learn.
Then go to my website for a free video on how to insert Auto Responder into a Web Page. Hope that helps.

Aweber is also very good and used by many in this business. First month is only $1, then $19/month (until you have too many subscribers, then the price goes up).
