Using a floating Div to make ads more noticeable

I used these CSS properties to make a ClickBank hop ads builder (or whatever its called) more noticeable:

style="position: fixed; top: 1px; right: 1px;"

this way its always visible no matter in one spot regardless of scrolling.

I'm sure this would go against Google Adsense TOS since it would kind of encourage clicks.

Its the blog in my signature, you could check it out and give an opinion on that or what I wrote in the blog.

They're just clickbank ads, nothing special. Don't pay attention to the content of the ads.

      Well , has anyone else done something just like this with ads from ClickBank and seen more sales as a result?

      I ask this specifically about clickbank because their products have to be much more targeted than amazon's ads , for instance, for success.

      Can anyone recommend any good survey widgets to put on the blog. I've found one before (can't remember the name) but it was relatively a hassle.
      (quite a sign up , not very user friendly, and sign ups are annoying. )

    a fixed div is not in violation. YOu are fine and they can improve clicks, but most people set them at the bottom.

    right:0px; bottom:0px.

      I was only suggesting that placing ads in a fixed div might be against Google Adsense TOS;

      -Place ads in a floating box script.
      Under Encouraging Clicks (I can't post links yet but you'd know where to find Google Adsense policies)

      Although using CSS to make it in a fixed position may not qualify as a violation since they did use the word script , but people might take that too literally.
      - I'm sure google doesn't care if they confuse Adsense users since they've shown they just don't care about them.
