Site redesign with different web technology.

Hey guys,

How feasible is it to convert an existing Wordpress site with many pages (which have been ranked) to a html zend framework CMS site?

Are there are problems with this since Wordpress comes in its own unique structre, e.g. database table names,etc. Is it a simple case of just using redirects or is there anything complicated involved?
Does anyone here offer this kind of service?
