Appreciate any input...is site confussing?

Greetings Warriors

I would appreciate any input about my website.

It has been up about 1-1/2 years and converts fairly well
with mostly organic website traffic.

I am having a problem with a customer who says the site is confusing
because she bought a certain item and actually wanted another.

This is the first complaint I've had and just hope to find it isn't me

Any first impression and comments are welcome and appreciated in advance.

        Kurt, Your website seems very straight forward to me. I have no problem with your site. I don't see how it could be confusing to anyone.
