i want make a website with flash games to play online

i have any doubts, for these reason i hope someone can help me

- where i can get flash games to add to my website?
- i can include publicity on my website to monetize it?
- is it possible ad adsense to my site?

i think i can add flash games from miniclip or addictinggames, because they have embeed code, i also know that are games protected by copyright, but from these two sites i think i can add, correct me if im wrong.

relatively to adsense it persist the doubt, can i add it to my site?
