    Beautiful design..

    1) If you are happy with the color theme... then its not an issue.. as its about personal choices as well...

    2) decrease the size of right side bar.

    3) Join our mailing list and get the ebook "The Job Hunter's Handbook" for FREE!...
    Write a better CALL TO ACTION text.. as from internet marketing prospective.. there are very much beautifully crafted messages are present all over the warrior forum. Use them.. enlist the benefits of getting updates, know about new post, ask on which email you should deliver their free gift etc.

    4) Very nice concept of using facebook details for mailing list.. it came pre-filled with my details for mailing list sign up.
