I intend joining a reseller program in domain name registration and I will like someone who has been in the business to please recommend one to me. The factors I want are:
It mustn't be a scam.
It must be cheap to join and the domain name must be cheap.
It must also have a super reseller program.

I've used enom in the past. I currently host all my domains with them. I've heard Namecheap is good, but have yet to try them out.

Do a little bit market research, as there is a huge discussion over selection of domain reseller.

people love enom and resellerclub for their pros and cons...

it would be better if you compare them.

I run a WildWestDomains reseller (i.e. GoDaddy reseller) and it's pretty slick, easy to set up and doesn't cost too much. You can offer standard pricing below GoDaddy's standard pricing. Bear in mind though that even as a reseller, your buy rate would still be over GoDaddy's lowest pricing with coupons. Not always but generally.

Note that you can even resell reseller accounts depending on the plan you get.

@OP, you need to decide what kind of reserller you would like... API based or Turnkey based??

If you are looking for turnkey based reseller, then Godaddy reseller will solve your problem and if you are looking for API based reseller then enom would be better option.

Same here with Godaddy, I've just joined their reseller plan as a Super Reseller so I can sell basic and pro reseller plans, it's pretty good so far.

If your interested I'm offering their Basic Plan for $59! Checkout my signature.

Enom is the best. Namecheap uses it. I was thinking of becoming a reseller but it was hard for me to do the marketing part because my business is way far from registering domains.

I am also interested in this. I need a reseller programme where I will pay some money in advance (say for 100 domains), then Plug into their API and as I sell, they cut it off.
This is so because my country online payment system is not smooth.

    Any suggestions ?
