    Hi kret0s,

This task is not so hard.
In your psd file you need to slice the image, to determine which one is header and footer, and other images. Under the file menu click "Save for web and devices" in the optimized window just select the image format. click save
    then visit
    w3schools.com/css/

    for CSS tutorial
    hope this help

Meh I wouldnt use any "quick and easy" methods as they tend not to be very good quality. Just cut each element out and place it in its own image file (e.g. menu, logo, contact form background etc) then save it as .png or .jpg .... might be repetitive at first but you will get the hang of it quite quick.

If you want to learn this firstly you need to fix your mind & then you need to learn the basic rules of HTML & CSS. For this, you can go some website such as https://www.w3schools.com/html/ & there you can find a lot of HTML tag & CSS, Jquery, Javascript Code with example & you can also use notepad++ so that you can practice this code. Then you can go youtube to learn how to convert PSD into Html
I think after following this way you can do this properly.

This is not so easy task. You need to expend so many times to learn html & css. But if you tried regularly with full attention you can get this skills. It is called front-end-development as well as web design. If you want to do this kind of work for a long time you need to expert yourself in this area.
For that you need enough time to expertise yourself as a web designer.
At first learn html , css then you need to know the basic of photoshop for converting psd file into html.
    thanks.
