Remove frames from website

by dsbusiness23 2 replies
I only know some basic html and I just checked my website using woorank. It informed me that I had frames. I have read that these can hurt your SEO rankings significantly and I do not want to be using them.

I'm not actually sure what is using them. I have YouTube videos on the website, and I assume they are the reason.

If someone could have a look at my source and tell me what is using frames and how to fix it. I would greatly appreciate it! Also I went looking for a wordpress plugin that could do this in a simple matter but the only ones I found prevented other sites from using frames with mine.

The website is the Google Sniper one in my sig. or you can find it here googlesnipe2review. com
