How Do I Create a Quiz on Wordpress?

Hello All!

I want to create an online quiz sort of thing that people will fill out, maybe several small steps with buttons that then generates a score - I already have the quiz and scoring but was hoping there would be a plugin that would capture an email and then automatically generate their custom report based on their score and send it to them, maybe interact with aweber.

Can anyone help me?

    Sounds like the Gravity Forms plugin. It's a little pricey though and there may be cheaper options. Could also perhaps do this with Google Forms or a service such as Survey Monkey. I think somewhere along the line you'll need someone to do a spot of coding but doubt it would cost you more than $20.
