Anyone Know of a Clickable US Map Nav Plugin?

Hi and thanks in advance. I am doing a site that would offer info that differs state by state and am looking to put a map of the US on page 1 and let people click to get to their state page.

For instance: Substance Abuse Treatment Facility Locator

Any ideas on how to set this up (cheaply)?

actually Pat Flynn of popular SmartPassiveincome.com blog just released a free one that you can use/create and just paste in the code....

  A few months ago I developed a map generator that uses the google geochart API to generate interactive maps.
