How to add pages to my website

My website is Plipeo.com

Right now, it is a site that allows users/bloggers to download a widget, paste it to their own site, and it creates a picture box advertising my website. In turn, they can create posts of with their URL and keywords, and i feature those posts on Plipeo.com.

My alexa rank is 62,000. I supposedly get 30k-40k views/day (but i dont know where all that traffic is going because i only see about 7k / day on my home page).

The goal:

I want to make this website similar to blogger or wordpress and let users actually create a blog from my own website for free. Example: myblog.plipeo.com

My goal is to make Plipeo huge, and the reason i think this is a possibility is because im halfway there. Its well known in Indonesia for blogging.

I also want to create a iphone / android app for the website.

Question:

how can i add this type of structure to my website?
This is not formatted via wordpress - FYI

How much would something like this cost?

your not getting any responses cause that is way to much to cover in a post.
And your title "how to add pages to my website" has nothing to do with what
    you asked.

How can you make micro blogs automatically with your domain as root and a username
as a subdomain, is more like what you are asking.

short version - higher a php developer like me, send them a lot of money.
There is no way a non programmer can do that. I could not even quote that
at this time. There are many ways it could be done. I would recommend
using wordpress as the platform. You need to get a base install in a default location.

Then when a new user signs up a php script can copy the db, spin it up with a new
domain. I am not sure how you would dynamically create the subdomain, but I know
it can be done. May need a linux guy for that.

That is a very very very.... rough idea of how it would work.

I have done similar concepts, just not the subdomain part.

In case the moderator thinks I am offering to do this I am not.
I am being a smart ass to prove my point. You are asking for a freaking
ton of work. Like a few weeks worth of work.

Even shorter version - you need a technical founder!

This is an interesting concept (thanks, I'll steal it and present it at SXSW next month, selling to Twitter in June).

Just kidding as well. You really need to find a techie partner with some miles under his/her keyboard. Give up a part of your Co. for a technical resource willing to commit. You need someone local, who can hang out in your kitchen eating leftover pizza and drinking your beer while creating the next gen version of your site.

Advertise on Craigslist for a co-founder.

In case the moderator thinks I am offering myself up for this - I am allergic to gluten and cannot drink beer or eat pizza . . .
