Default Website building, templates or ?Heeelp

Hi all, this my first post at this corner of warrior forum. I have a problem that must be fixed but I have little broad knowledge of web design and building.
I made my website w.wealthmatrixreviewdot com using godaddy and their template system. I bought their 'unlimited space' package and after 6 months building I discovered that it was far from being an unlimited space package and now have to rebuild the who darn thing from scratch somewhere else.
Conceptually tho I learned a lot and can probably redo the site with no more than 6 different designed web pages that I can repeat and duplicate as needed.
Godaddy is out of the question; their problem is that as one builds the site the program reads every page made before getting to the new page thats being worked on. This gets so slow that before long my computer was logging off as being timed out, max effective page number is about 200, way way short of the large archive that I want.
I definitely want a conventional website, not a blog.
Can anyone recommend either someone with a template website builder program like godaddys that has better design options and a better web site size options?
Or, if I should use a site program like dreamweaver that I'm unfamiliar with, where can I find people I could outsource the basic building to at an affordable rate?

Your ideas and suggestions much appreciated, I'm feeling quite lost over this, 6 months work was hard knock.

If you are not a professional in this sphere, you'd better hire professional web designers.
