Is there any cheap or free web design software where you get
good looking graphical templates (included) similar to Wordpress?

I´ve been using Wordpress now but I find it lacking in some areas.

Any suggestions?

Sincerely
Karl

    Best CMS out there period
I use it for most of my sites. Very powerful stuff but takes a bit of time to master.

I don't know what you consider cheap, but Xsite Pro is a great program and it's really easy to use. It comes with a bunch of templets and you don' t have to know anything about codes to use it. I think I paid $200.00 for it. Track down James Schmarko in here is you want it. He's got a cheat sheet he gives away with it that makes it worth buying the program through him.

IF you are a newcomer and need some easy to understand "how to" instruction, check out the videos in my signature. I built my first site using these videos. There is also a FREE ebook that goes along with them. The ebook is first class. You will love it.

Personally, I love Dreamweaver. Although, I'm so use to the auto-complete feature now, that tonight I was creating some css in a notepad document and forgot some code, yikes! It's like using a calculator... if you know what I mean.

For someone to give you a quote on that, they'd need more details.

It sounds like you want a website where user can go on and upload thier own advertisments?

Would they need to be broken into categories? Would they need to be able to up load images? Would they need to be able to edit or modify thier ads? Would they need to be able to track how many people viewed the ad's?

These are just a few of many questions i'd need to ask.

With this info you gave so far I'd say $200 or more.

I can't find anything better than wordpress but if you're looking for a cheap, website builder, check out weebly.com

I would stick with WP IMHO, but it's your call!.
