Logo could be a bit more professional.
Header looks just okay.
Maybe do something with the main navigation menu. Looks a bit naked.

And... don't use visitor stats... I know, nice gimmick, but it makes it look very unprofessional and often scares people away if they see... Online 1, Visits today 3.
Get rid of it.

  I checked the source code on the site and your meta tags are goofy. You want 62 characters in your "title", 160 characters in your "description". The keywords don't matter as much as they used to. I do them anyway though.
  
  The search engines need to know where to index your site. You want to rank your site where the people you can help can find you. Your Title should be 2 or 3 keywords you want to rank for, your description says "Home" right now, nobody searches for the word "Home"!! Change the description to match the keywords in the title. A little on-page SEO will help your success. Hope that helps.

just my personal opinion. i love simplicity. a font or 2 will be good enough. too many different fonts can disrupt the flow on the page.
