I was wondering where I could possibly get free images of anything for a sight as I dont really have the money to buy imagaes right now.. Thanks

  One of the best ones i use often is wikimedia. There free and licensed under the creative commons with means its in the public domain.

Two places I use a lot are:

1. Flickr: Creative Commons
2. Wikimedia Commons

Between both of these places, you'll have a very large selection of photos that can be used without any charge.

I've simply done a google search for "free royalty free photos" and have had good results with that as a free option since you're on a low budget at the moment!

  This is not a long term solution, but you could also look at Deposit Photos
  
  They have a free trial for one week, where you can get up to 35 free images (5 a day for 7 days). Although you do have to enter payment details and remember to cancel before they start to charge you at the end of the 7 days. But if you cancel you are fully entitled to the images you get in the trial.

Although depending on the project it may be worth paying for images. In which case id recommend Shutterstock.com

I always consult Google Image search when I need any images. But I make sure that I put in a citation on where I got a certain image. You can try Flickr with creative commons license as well.

Be sure to check their terms of use. This is important to avoid any legal issues because most owners of these sites have a way to detect their photos which have been used illegally.

At sxc.hu you'll be required to set up a free account. Then, after clicking on an image you want to download, be sure to check the brief text below the image on the resulting screen before you download. Some authors want you to either 1) tell them in the comment box that you plan to use the images or 2) request their permission before downloading. If you don't see such conditions, then download.

Thus, compared to many other free images sources mentioned here, you can't go wrong in unintentionally using an image without permission.

Photobucket isn't necessarily free images. It's images people have uploaded for various reasons.

I'm always amazed though how few people seem to know about everystockphoto - searching free photos. It searches through around 15 different free stock photo services for you including I think every single one mentioned here (with the exception of Google Images and photobucket) along with several not mentioned here. It's the one and only place I ever look and I always find something useful. Just make sure to pay attention to the terms on the individual sites they link to as different sites have different rules.

Play around with google. I have found that using the keyword free actually does help provide free results. Normally I type in the subject im looking for and then something along the lines of Image Pack, or Stock Photos, then Free. Normally if you search around for a bit you will find many of them that will fit your niche.

You could also go about cutting some stocks out yourself.
